I'm Liezl!

Hi!

I’m a South African-born educator turned instructional designer, now living in abroad —and loving every moment of turning “just content” into captivating learning experiences. With over a decade in education, I now channel my creativity, curiosity, and techie side into designing eLearning that clicks with learners, creates engagement, and educates with purpose.

Creativity walks with me—literally. Nature is my thinking space, and when I’m not designing, you’ll find me baking, painting, or getting hands-on with polymer clay (my current creative obsession). I’m fueled by lemon-peppermint scents, strong coffee, and joyful color pops surrounded by calming neutrals. My creativity anthem? “Walking on Sunshine”—because I believe learning should feel just that good.

Outside of work, I’m the proud dog mom of two hilarious French bulldogs, Fudge and Bella, who provide daily inspiration and a healthy dose of mischief. I’ve also been happily married to my biggest supporter and favorite human for over 10 years. He keeps me grounded, balanced, and cheering a little louder with every creative leap I take.
